With over 20 years of HR leadership and consulting experience, Katie Tanner founded ClearPath HR to provide organizations with a more sophisticated, financially-integrated approach to human capital.
Katie’s career has been defined by her ability to deconstruct complex HR problems and rebuild them into scalable, efficient systems.
Whether she is helping a company unbundle from an ill-fitting PEO or designing a leadership development program for a healthcare system, Katie brings a blend of analytical rigor and people-first empathy to every engagement.

Going The Extra Mile
Katie’s “all-in” philosophy extends far beyond the office. She has completed two marathons, 20 half-marathons, and a Spartan Trifecta. (She also has the rare distinction of surviving a plane crash and being voluntarily tased, proof that she can handle any high-pressure situation your HR department might face.) This same grit and determination are what she brings to her clients when navigating their toughest organizational challenges.
